The best toner I've ever used

I've been using this Toner for 3 years. It helps remove my many layers of makeup and other impurities without over drying my skin. My skin feels fresh and calm after and helps treat + prevent future breakouts. I notice a difference right away when I use other brands. Nothing compares to this one.
